“Daily breakfast place, no issues or concerns. Just one point sometimes even first thing in the morning when its open some of routine items such as Mac and Cheese are not available which I personally dont like as my breakfast menu remains the same.”

“Have been to Costa Coffee in Wythenshawe a few times now, service has always been good, though sometimes the tables aren't always cleared from previous customers. This maybe due to staffing levels, due to several reasons but have found the staff to be very friendly all the same. I have also eaten food which has been nicely presented & hot to eat &love their coffee any way.!”

“Lovely coffee shop. Generally nice & tidy. It does seem as though the staff are more interested finishing their conversation than serving customers. Also the collection of pots and cups seems be solely down to what they can see from a eye and is not consistently walked around and wiped down. As a former worker, some well needed customer service courses are needed ❤️”

“There are 3 Costa Coffee stores in Oldham and this one is clearly the best. It is clean, modern and well looked after. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that as it is run by Odeon, it does not offer any promotions or deals on food as well as charging 10p extra on drinks. Not a big deal and I expect to see some franchises putting prices up.”

“The best Costa Coffee so far-for bring you attention what the sets apart this branch from others is fact that-the staff there are extremely helpful have knack of 'reading between the lines'. What impresses me the most? There is lady who is name is Gina originally from Italy-her way of running this site is stunning-she's a little bossy but all in all her skills would impress many particularly younger ones who have no clue how to serve customers at least at the beginning their early career. Her voice is so definitive and well heard . There's no question if you have some time to spend with your friends etc,do not hesitate visit there believe me or not you wouldn't regret it. “Visited fhe store on Wednesday 8th March 2023, at 5 pm, a woman with a scarf on her head was so rude to the team and her kid was running around the store whilst she was busy chatting! Then she tried to make a scene and threatened the team there as they stopped her from going upstairs as it was all moped and cleaned, she was absolutely out of the line but the manager dealt with it professionally and dismissed her out of the store. lovely service and great drinks the 2 girls were working very hard yet were very friendly and helpful.”

“Pleasant visit on Saturday afternoon, excellent customer service displayed by the guy who was cleaning the plates and washing up, he spotted my boy having a melt down and offered him a small toblerone to calm him down. Not only was this emotionally intelligent and empathetic this natural token of kindness demonstrated excellent customer experience. I will now visit Costa more when I have the chance over other coffee shops. This man is a credit to your organisation. He wa smashing the pots and tidying up with a smile however he did so much more for your brand today.”
