"i’ll order hot chocolate butt they give me rong one ill go back after 5 minutes, with coffee ill tell her you give me rong coffee she said not and she said we close the machine we do nothing no refund ill just put coffee in to counter and coming back the staff is very rude ill naver go this branch again"

"Lovely coffee shop. Generally nice & tidy. It does seem as though the staff are more interested finishing their conversation than serving customers. Also the collection of pots and cups seems be solely down to what they can see from a eye and is not consistently walked around and wiped down. As a former worker, some well needed customer service courses are needed ❤️"
