"Well aware about the problems with staff In hospitality, but I do feel if your charging almost £4 for a latte you have a duty to do some basic training so they know the differences between milk, froth, coffee milk ratios, and how to pour out of a jug. Ordered to lattes and got what I can only describe as a cup of steaming boiled milk, and a macchiato."
