“This location has two Hyatt's the Hyatt House & Hyatt Regency. Offers free breakfast, the Laureate restaurant is excellent! The rooms are beautiful and large. We stayed in the Bed & Breakfast part of the Hyatt House room 1316. The rooms were up to date and very clean.”

“Very reasonable price and fantastic location. Room was spotless and good amenities. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Free wifi and tv in each room. Also spotless. If I had to fault, the maid walked in in the morning at 8am, she did knock and walk in but I didn’t think I would need to put the “don’t clean” sign on the door as we were only staying one night. But overall a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again!”

“Great location, right next to arndale and printworks. Really clean, all staff were pleasant. Very secure, have to use fob for building floor and room entry. When we found a tin next to the beds with ear plugs in we thought we may get noise from the stree and bars across but honestly heard nothing at all, we were on second floor. There were a few car parks near by but it is walking distance from Victoria station. Doors are heavy and closers on them make them slam quite loud. Needs more milk for drinks, next time we will take our own. Very warm in apartment but all radiators have individual thermostat controls, it was nice to people watch the people leaving printworks in December seb zero temperature while in a cosy apartment.”

“Used a voucher for Tapas afternoon tea, think this one beats the English version. We were served by a friendly member of staff, it would have been nice to have items explained what they were. Sat on a nice comfy sofa in the window drinking a G&T watching the word go by .”

“Difficult to find from Sat Nav but we got there in the end. It was perfect for us as we were there for The Dream Syndicate at Band On The Wall which was less than five minutes walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was busy as some football fans from Germany were there too. Their team got beaten 7-0 off Manchester City so understand subdued.”

“Fantastic stay! Great clean and comfortable. We stayed for our anniversary and went in to the room to find lots of lovely treats and a bottle of bubbly! The staff are all brilliant too, thanks to all at the Leonardo Manchester”

“Stayed here solo while on a two-day break, was fairly priced and also easy to get to and from the city centre on the tram. Also love the location right next to Heaton Park, started off one of my mornings with a walk around it. The room itself, like the hotel, wasn't exactly modern but it was still very comfortable and spacious so can't ask for much more! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked myself in for breakfast on my last morning, which was tasty. Really enjoyed my stay here, look forward to the next one!”

“Had an excellent stay here. Staff were welcoming and friendly even though I checked in in the middle of the night. Room was large and comfortable. Free parking was available as well as a free electric car charger which was a bonus. Overall would definitely recommend and will return in the future.”

“We went to the Manchester airport Clayton Hotel to meet international guests who stayed at the hotel overnight before returning home... as a family of 5 we were welcomed and served as equal to all the guests and all our requirements were catered for with politeness and willingness. The restaurant area was clean and airy with lovely toilets... would definitely recommend!... food prices are on the High end but portion sizes are generous!”

“Cannot beat the location right in city centre , plenty of shops nearby and less than 10 mins walk from Piccadilly station! Rooms are comfortable , clean and good price. Breakfast is good value too with a wide range of items available. Staff are friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again.”

“Been twice now and it's just stunning! The huge panoramic view windows, huge comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms and they always go above and beyond. I let them know we were celebrating a birthday and they left some lovely cakes and a hand written birthday card!”

“A lovely hotel that we visit often as it just 5 minutes from the Trafford Centre. Trams leave every 12 minutes into Manchester City Centre. The food next door at the Coach House Brewers fayre is lovely and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Plenty of car parking right outside the hotel”

“A superb property to stay short term in. Great attention to detail and the finish is fantastic. We stayed in the Bridgewater suite and for 4 of us to stay in a large self contained apartment it was cheaper per person than any other local hotel with anything like the comfort and style and far more spacious.”

“Room was as shown in the photos. No faults regarding cleanliness at all. Hotel decor modern and trendy. Bathroom was great, AC in the room worked well although slightly noisy but no real complaints. Extractor did not seem to do a great job in the bathroom but no damp/mouldy smells so must have been working. Would definitely stay again.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel after reading previous reviews however it seems the owner's of this hotel have gone to a real effort to turn things around, everything was laid out perfectly for us the bed was made nicely and the bath run really nice with hot water, and with folded towels on the bed and free soap show minor details which would be expected on rooms much more expensive. Highly recommend for families my kids loved it. Also great location.”

“My experience living at Globe House has been nothing but pleasant. I love my spacious apartment and the facilities downstairs such as the spa & gym are just a bonus. It takes me 10/15 minutes to walk straight into the city centre which is ideal for me. I would definitely recommend living here, all the staff are kind and considerate and I never miss a parcel with the concierge service!”

“We decided to go private for our little boys adenoid issues and we couldn’t have wished for a better Dr or service. Professor Bruce was absolutely lovely and brilliant with my son who hates being assessed after all the covid tests previously. We were seen in record time and my son has now had his adenoids removed and is cured. The team at Spire and Prof Bruce’s Secretary were brilliant too.”

“I have worked at Olico for some 18 months I have recently left due to retirement. In the past I have worked for many cleaning companies and Olico is by far and away the best I have ever worked for. Ryan and Tony support all their colleagues visiting at least two or three times a week. If you order stock it is there either the same day or the day after. Olico is like a little family and I know I will miss everybody terribly”
