“OMG..! For a Monday night in Altrinham.. Abso fab tea time 'sesh' with Emma behind the bar.. So attentive to customers needs.. Customers soooo.. Friendly.. Was only planning on staying for one pint but the 'oirish.. Craic...' was so wonderful that we ended up staying for four pints each.. Shame no real ale but neck oil beer very tasty.. Carlsberg available for lager drinkers.. Deffo wanna return...”

“Been a few times since new owners took over now and thought it wasn't possible but prefer it even more. Staff are great and food is delicious, meal deals and offers make it great value as well. Definitely favourite chippy when at home.”

“If you feel like reminding your taste buds how a great dinner taste like, you should definitely come here. The menu is an explosion of flavors and I enjoyed every single bit. The mélange of ingredients is astonishing. Great selection of wines, including a Sicilian Grillo which I enjoyed a lot. The service is punctual and polite ( I was helped by Rafael) and the bill surprisingly fair! I will come again whenever I can.”

“Really enjoyed our visit on a Sunday, managed to book online easily, parking was available. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the food came in a very reasonable time, great value and cooked to a very good standard. The children's menu offered choice and well-sized portions. “Just come into have a look at the recent renovation its been more years than I care to mention since I've been here. It's really well done and I must say a nice place to visit we looked at the menu which has a good selection and although we did not eat on this occasion we will definitely be back. “Lovely old fashioned pub in Altrincham where you can have a pint and chat with people without the distraction of phones. The organic beer is a must try and the stout is also very nice. The staff is very helpful and polite. They don't take card payments so remember to bring some cash”

“Nice wetherspoons pub in the middle of Altrincham. We had food and drinks but they messed up the order so only 3 of the 4 meals arrived together. They didn't charge us for the 4th and put it top of the list. It's cheap, simple and tasty fair. It's nicely decorated and was popular when we visited on bank holiday Monday afternoon.”
