“A great place to meet others, excellent customer service. I was greeted by a friendly smile and didn't have to wait long for my Latte; found a quiet area by myself as I'd had a busy day so it was well worth it.”

“Called in here today & had a much needed latte coffee & something to eat. Service was good. Wasn't too busy so was served fairly quickly. Found a nice table by the window Just so nice to sit & enjoy my latte coffee!”

“Visit every day for breakfast. Last week saw some flies on cakes which was reported by another customer. Sales staff reluctantly removed one item. But to be honest we were expecting all of them to be taken out. We would like being regular customer that each time the shelf is opened it should be closed. But usually they leave that open.”

“Was a nice visit with my 4 year old daughter for a little coffee date. They made her a lovely little hot chocolate with cream and they made it ready to drink temperature so she didn't burn her mouth. The place was clean and setup covid safe with good social distance measures and sanitiser etc. The only thing is the prices of coffee but that was already known but not bad for a treat.”

“Very friendly staff. Efficient and professional. They had to close the shop for a while as the drive through was so busy and they get overwhelmed with workers from the local industrial est at peak time so its a tricky one.”

“A very cozy place indeed especially when there’s a little drizzle outside. The ambiance was so quiet and comfortable that you can get a lot of work done in peaceful environment. There are chairs, sofa seats and counters to choose from according to your taste. Outdoor seating is however best for a bit chilly weather. About coffee, I found it pretty bland to be honest. It just tasted like coffee dissolved in water with a pinch of milk. Still better than Starbucks but needed a cookie to get some taste. The staff is really friendly and helpful with ingredients and taste.”

“My favourite Starbucks in the Manchester City Center. As recently was refurbished. Glass windows and there are nice view which you can enjoy on comfortable chairs.”

“Called in while staying in the hotel around the corner. The store was neat, tidy, and clean. I restarted the starbucks app 3 times, and each tim, it gave me a new value (come on starbuck, uk, sort this pitiful app). However, the members of staff were patient while I tried to add funds to it. It was also explained that I could still use the app without preloading.. first member of staff to explain this. Thank y, u Holly, Jadeyn, and Dan for the help and great coffee. Keep up the good work.”

However costa coffee in hale village not only make a consistently five star flat white but they do it with joy! Thank you.”

“Coffee is always perfect from Starbucks. Temperate just right. You can get the standard coffee options however they usually have some seasonal coffees. This one is positioned in the Trafford centre and has brilliant staff. It’s pretty quick with service. Majority of the time it’s clean however during the busier times the table may have old cups on. Best to clean up after yourself! Often busy so you might not get a seat if you’re planning on dining in.”
