"Far too eager to close, arrive well before 4.30, takes 10 minutes to acknowledge you then they say we are shutting in half an hour, but then take another 20 minutes to get your drinks ready, are they having a laugh (well yes, usually between themselves) witnessed a whole group of people turned away as they said it was drive thru only, this Costa is letting the team down (company) and In my opinion a better management, if indeed there is one here. Not a good experience for the customer, plus, always generally dirty."
