“Excellent service as always. Greated very professionally by staff, and warned we would have a short wait due to being a member of staff down. The wait was only short and the staff member did all she could to minimise our wait. The service in preparing the shoes was very professional and they did all that they could to keep it covid secure. We have used Hands for years and have always found the staff members professional and knowledgeable, there is no pressure sales it is all about making sure that the shoe is right for the child. Customer service is key and this is something that always differentiates Hands from other stores, the customer is key and they make sure there is a no rush service. For a local business they really know their customer base and know what the schools allpw and disallow. I can highly recomend Hands.”

“Great response from the Stockport Primark team regarding the access to the lift buttons. The buttons weren’t accessible on both levels to my daughter from her wheelchair. The On-Duty Manager actively listened to my observation and agreed it was an overlooked concern for wheelchair users. I noted shortly afterwards the area around the buttons on both levels were clear and my daughter could access the buttons independently. These small details really make a difference to people who strive to be independent despite their various mobility challenges. It’s a Well Done from me and many thanks to the Primark Team.”

“I have shopped here many years for school uniform for my children and now my grandchildren. In my experience I have always found the owners very helpful and accommodating. Logo printed polo shirts and sweatshirts are good quality, reasonably priced and wash well. (A must when you have twins in nursery who are budding artists!) A range of sizes readily available including grey trousers in size 2/3 - also wearing well and resilient to knee scrapes. At times of high demand any low stock items have always be sourced in reasonable time with a phone call to alert me when ready for collection. During COVID closures a phone call to the shop resulted in items bagged ready for a doorstep hand over - even the offer of delivery! My mother frequently bought knitting yarn here and was always happy with her purchases. A valued local shop and a very pleasant shopping experience!”
