Help from the start with type of appointment whether it be phone consultation or f2f, never have to wait more than a few days for a face to face appointment and never feel rushed when talking to the doctor. “Firstly the much stereotype criticising secretary's does not apply at the surgery. They have always been kind and considerate when dealing with any issues I may have and very professional. I find the Klinik online system to be one of the best systems a surgery can use for those that have Internet access. If I am needed to be seen then a doctor may in the first instance contact me by phone but if I am needed to be seen then they will do so and on may occasions it has been the same day. They were both treated at Soothe and we were so happy to see incredible changes in both our boy's - relief from physical pain, development in hearing and speech, and improvements in their emotional wellbeing. “We have been seeing Dr Oppenheim for the last 7 years. Our son was not attending school and had very high anxiety. Dr Oppenheim assessed and then diagnosed him with ASD and gave us step by step instructions and support to help him back into school. Which were successful. We have had appointments every 3 months without fail through the many ups and downs that come with school & teenage years. Dr Oppenheim has always been correct in her assessment and picked up on any issues we need to address. Her secretary has been amazing too especially when we have required urgent appointments by telephone or zoom. I have recommended Dr Oppenheim to many people because of her thorough assessment, caring but to the point discussions with my son and her ability to talk on his level. “I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Paul and the team at the Dental Lounge, they are the most professional and lovely team and they have honestly given me so much confidence and a new lease of life. “Both girls on reception (Shauna and Sara) made me feel very welcome and helped to put my mind at rest. Both were friendly and polite. When it comes to the dentist I have major anxiety. Today I saw Qasim. He could see how nervous I was and really was fantastic! Unfortunately I couldn’t have the X-rays due to my anxiety but not once did he pressurise me.
