“We visited gravity yesterday with our 3 & 4 year old and within 5 minutes of being there unfortunately my 3 year old took a turn for the worst and had a seizure, the two young women who helped us was out of this world, calm and collected and amazingly helpful in every way, a huge Thankyou to Sian who called the ambulance and the other women who took my daughter away from the situation and got her ice cream and slush, you was both amazing and made me feel calm in the situation by being so helpful and supportive. Thankyou again for everything x”

“I was very impressed with the high-tech scanner that was used to form an impression of my teeth and the crown that was made from this fits perfectly (I've previously had bad experiences with ill-fitting crowns at another dentist)! Both Gavin + the environment (there is even a TV on the ceiling) helped me to feel calm and appropriate amount of local anaesthetic was used.”

I wasn't kept waiting by the hygienist and she explained everything she was doing in a calm and friendly manner. I am usually a nervous patient but not at this practice. They all make you feel calm and relaxed. I've also seen Mr Mirza the dentist and he is soooooo good, as are his team. He didn't ever try to get me to have more expensive trearment than I needed. Reception staff are very efficient and friendly. My next appointment is already booked I highly recommend this dental practice.”

“Store is always well stocked and it’s convenient with friendly staff. Personally I will never order from the cafe again, I found the tables and floors to be very dirty, the day I went it would definitely not pass food hygiene standards, the management really need to look at this, I’m not the first to mention it check out the reviews for the cafe, it’s a real shame as the store over all is lovely and this cafe is letting it down!!!”
