“Firstly the much stereotype criticising secretary's does not apply at the surgery. They have always been kind and considerate when dealing with any issues I may have and very professional. I find the Klinik online system to be one of the best systems a surgery can use for those that have Internet access. If I am needed to be seen then a doctor may in the first instance contact me by phone but if I am needed to be seen then they will do so and on may occasions it has been the same day. “Great team and organisation. They offer delivery and help keep me updated with my medication. I wish they had a facility that allows patients to message them with a query online and they can get back to us. This will save us time on the off chance the line is busy or if it's busy in store. It will also allow the team to look into the background before discussing the query, which again helps save time and explanation. Overall a good pharmacy.
