After having problems with the DPF on my Nissan for 2 years on and off I was getting desperate to find a solution. I am so glad I found Andy, he talked me through what the causes could be and the steps that could be taken to resolve these. I'm so impressed by how well the car is running now after Andys tlc, no more DPF issues. We hadn’t booked a slot and just turned up this morning - we were greeted by a very polite gentleman who told us to go take a walk along the quayside for an hour, when we returned the damage was completely fixed for an incredibly good price. “As a young female I’m always wary of having to take my car to any garage, but these guys were so friendly and professional, they took the time to explain to me what the problem was, I had to leave my car with them and the communication over what was being done was excellent, and the cost was extremely fair. “Great mechanic , told him how much I’d been quoted by another place and he called out for free to check the car and gave me a way cheaper quote and told me some of the stuff on the previous quote didn’t need to be done - sent me a link to a tyre place that cost me way less than my previous quote - he fixed the breaks and pads and disks on the car outside the house for a decent price and even let my little lad think he was helping him - and I’ve booked him back in for a service . I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else from now on ! definitely recommend”
