“I had an amazing experience. First, the breakfast was delicious. Excellent food quality Second, the room was a complete apartment with kitchen, living room and laundry. Everything was clean and organized. Staff very friendly and helpful Location: 5 minutes walking to the Victoria station and a nice shopping center. “Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The reception staff were amazing and the room was spotlessly clean. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of noise at night from trains and people out on the town (this isn't something that bothered us personally and is to be expected for the location). I would definitely stay again and had a wonderful time.”

Lovely Riverside superior room spacious with all usual amenities. A very nice breakfast widechoice generous portions of food....again friendly service from restaurant staff. Great location short walk into centre of Manchester.. Well recommended.”

“I was greeted almost immediately upon entering, by a lovely gentleman who asked me what I was looking for. He spotted my awe in the vast size of the bottom floor. I was given a very warm welcome and felt like a VIP. Chose the stairs as I was not too high up. Amazing place, quite surreal in that despite its size, there is still a personal hospitality from all of the staff, not impersonal. I was blown away.”

“Been a resident at The Slate Yard for nearly a year and couldn't recommend it more. Gym is brilliant, you feel so safe even in the middle of a busy city. “Stayed here for 1 night on 17.02.23 and I can genuinely say it’s the best travelodge I’ve stayed in. Very clean, breakfast was great and Big thank you to the Assistant Manager Abbie George for her professional, friendly and approachable customer service - especially considering we experienced a false fire alarm during the early hours which was dealt with and over very quickly.
