Rapha Manchester
● Closed“Well positioned shop, with ample space for the full Rapha range. Usually have good stock of most items and staff are very helpful and friendly. The cafe is also a gem, serving great coffee and a selection of cakes, sandwiches etc. Little pricey, but it is rapha after all! There is usually some cycling on the big screens, and a nice atmosphere. The window bar seats are a great place to people watch over King Street.”

The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel
● Open“I have stayed in numerous hotels in Manchester however this is has got to be the best one I have stayed at so far! I recently stayed here for my friends birthday, the Guest Relations Manager was super accommodating and helped me setup my room for my friends birthday. She even kindly left a birthday card and small cake for my friend, thank you Viktorija. Exceptional 5 star service from all staff right from checking in right up until checking out and leaving the hotel. This was definitely a 5 star experience for myself and the welcome received from all staff was amazing. We had a small issue where our heating in the room was not working however the hotel accommodated promptly with a portable heater. Spa was also so beautiful and the overall look of the hotel is so aesthetically pleasing! 100% recommend this hotel, I don’t think I will book anywhere else now, it’s going to be my go to 5 star hotel. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you to all staff at The Edwardian this hotel is beautiful!!!!”

Premier Inn Manchester City (Piccadilly) hotel
● Open“Great place to explore the Northern Quarter of Manchester. Staff are very welcoming on arrival. It's a self service check in system but staff are on hand to assist. Place is very clean throughout with bar and restaurant on site with quite decent prices. Rooms are excellent for the price with shops bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The tram stop is only a 5/10 minute walk if you want to explore surrounding Manchester. There is no parking but there is a car park directly opposite which you pay about £10 per day .”

Premier Inn Manchester Central hotel
● Open“I've stayed at this Premier Inn many times and I have to say, it's a very good spot. The location is great, with McDonald's just around the corner and Chinatown only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, every time we stay here we discover new parts of Manchester that we haven't seen before. It's at the quieter end of Manchester which is always a plus. The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The location is great, it's at the quieter end of Manchester and it's easy to access other parts of the city. Plus the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable”

Premier Inn Manchester Trafford Centre West hotel
● OpenThe Trafford Centre, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 8PG, United Kingdom“Great hotel. Reasonable price. Room was very nice and clean !! The bed was very comfy. Had a very good night sleep. The only downfall was breakfast. The queue was big and took a while to sit down. Also during breakfast the kids from other families kept filling up their plates to the full which meant we had to wait a while to get any bread and Cereal. Also they had no soy milk !! Reason for the 5 star is that this is the first premier inn I have stayed in which has not been a nightmare to stay in. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone as the rooms themselves compensate”

The Alan Manchester
● Open“As soon as you enter the venue you are welcomed by a lovely relaxing smell which is throughout the building to the rooms. The staff greeted us and let us store our luggage until check in time. We came back after getting lunch at a spot around the corner, early check in was not available. The room was really big - we booked the standard room - and decor was 10/10. Really chic and industrial. Love that you have a fridge in your room and given nice water and coffee/tea selections. We did not dine in the restaurant unfortunately, however it looked and smelled great with a really chilled atmosphere. The only thing I could suggest to enhance our stay would be if there was a 2nd mirror in the room as it was a struggle for us both to get ready together. Also, the kettle was quite an odd choice for the rest of the room being so well decorated... it was just an old black plastic one (just a small point to make but it didn't effect our stay). Will be back. The location was perfectly handy for getting around the city. Right beside China Town and the Gay Village.”

Nando's Manchester - Trafford Centre
● ClosedUnit 15A The Trafford Centre, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 8AA, United Kingdom“Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was perfect. Well done manager and thank you for coming to my aid. Keep up the good work.”

Ample room in the car park, the cooked breakfast was made to order with no restrictions on quantities and the staff were beyond helpful, friendly and accommodating. British Heart Foundation Furniture & Electrical
● Closed“Would definitely not agree that the items in the Sale branch are 'junk'!! My daughter bought a fantastic sofa bed for £120 and a small armchair for £20, both of which have been tremendous value. BHF were able to deliver within two days and arrived precisely when they said they would. She is on a very tight budget and was delighted with her purchases and also with the fact that she has donated to a very good cause.”
