“While I was on my epic quest, looking for vinyls in Marple I came across this charity shop. And I have to say it's really great. A lot of brand new items with low price tags. You don't see things like that being given for charity. And there's vinyl collection which is what kept me there for some time. Unlike most of charity shops you will not find there country music. Or classical music for that example. But it's not only vinyls. It's CD's or books. Or movies. Clothing too. You name it, everything is well sorted and you never get lost. Unlike more charity shops everything here got it's place. And it's well organised. I'm sure that in the future I'll come again. To browse through vinyls. Or do some clothes shopping for every day use. Well done British Red Cross. Example for charity shop should be run.”

“Scott has been walking my dog, Rupert, for nearly 1.5 years. He started doing puppy visits initially until he was vaccinated which he then joined the group walks. Throughout it all Scott has been amazing with him and Rupert gets so excited every time he gets picked up! The best touch on it is the updates via Instagram stories where I can see my little boy running around being happy. I highly recommend the value of the service for the price compared to doggy day care.”

“Cracking food and a tasty authentic masala chai served in a lovely hand painted tea pot from India. We were given a very warm welcome and were also treated to a free mango lassi that would otherwise have gone to waste. Oh, and the decor is fantastic too. Highly recommended!”

“I have been using little bettys boutique for years and have always had the best service. The dresses are of a fantastic quality and are always show stopping, but most importantly, the service is amazing, my daughter and niece always feel like they had a real princess experience and are made to feel like VIPs. I used for my daughters holy communion and for my bridesmaids dresses. I couldn't recommend highly enough!!!”

“It was my first visit to Door 34. Inside downstairs is quite compact, and was full when I visited last week. But there are a couple of rooms upstairs, and that is where I went. I ordered when I went in, a Cappuccino and Banana cake. As I said they were quite busy, and my order took around 25 minutes to arrive, but worth waiting for. The large Cappuccino was one of the best I have had, and the cake very nice. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed the experience in nice clean surroundings. I will definitely go again.”

“In my role as a community support worker I look after adults with various learning disabilitie s I tried Mee Thyme. It was an excellent place. Owner Debbie was lovely and we have been back several times each time she is polite, always a smile on her face and goes that extra mile with the guys I have with me. The food is varied and tasty and all the staff do a great job with their warmth & kindness.”

“It wasn't planned but we decided to try this Cafe which is in the area Chorlton, Manchester. My wife actually wanted to try some new dish in Vegetables. She ordered "Baba Ganouch Vegetables" (Potatoes, salad, roasted aubergine and humus with Pitta bread) and I ordered "Chicken Shawarma Wrap "with roasted vegetables and fried on the side with chilly sauce. Both items were cooked in front of me and were fresh. We really enjoyed our meal. It's a nice small cafe with good food. At least try it once. I will go again... I am gonna share some pictures which I took at the café of our own orders”

A massive thanks to Claire and looking forward to another work of art from her soon. “My husband and I went to this beautiful restaurant for the first time under the new owners, and we were made most welcome. The menu had plenty of choices for all tastes. The food was cooked to perfection and well presented and was delicious, the wine good and the cocktails fabulous, and the service impeccable. Just one small thing, it would be even better with hot plates, that is maybe a personal thing on my part though. We have booked a table for Christmas Eve for ourselves and 3 friends and am really looking forward to it. Thank you for your kind and impeccable service and thank you for a lovely evening.”
