“Took my family here over Christmas. 8 of us had a fantastic meal, great atmosphere, with pleasant and helpful staff. From the papadoms which were crisp and greasy to the starters (Lamb Chops) were perfection to the Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi it was an awesome meal. Bottle of wine was given as a regular customer. Highly recommend this as a local Indian restaurant. Go and try it today, you will not be disappointed.”

“Beautifully cooked curry in the heart of Manchester! The butter chicken Tikka Massala was perfectly flavored and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The naan was really well done as well. I would only say they should put more chicken in it, it seemed like a lot of sauce and not enough substance. But I still really loved it. My girlfriend got kadhai paneer and really enjoyed it as well. Lots of flavors and lots of substance to that dish. Drinks were great as well! The staff seemed kind of all over the place as there were 3 people who came to our table to ask us what we wanted in 2 minutes. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I would love to go again!”

“Lees Spice Lounge is by far the best Indian restaurant in Oldham. Been there well over 100 times and never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is so good. It’s a pleasure to work your way through the menu trying all the different curries. My current favourite (and the one in the photo) is Naga Jal-Fry - with a keema naan bread. Be sure to phone ahead for a table at weekend, because it’s not surprising that they get very busy.”

Everyone was at ease the moment we walked in, were really looked after, and were entertained from beginning to end. Nothing was too much. We had three course meals, and as a party of 50, I’m pleased to say that everyone’s culinary needs were deliciously met to perfection. We had some people with quite specific dietary needs; gluten free, and vegan to be specific. Nothing was too much and they loved it. “Always a good here here, the kebabs are huge. One of the few places which ask for a little less meat and a tonne more salad are happy to do that. They are happy to make changes to your chosen item too. Delivery is fast too.”
