“I’m a truck driver and was parked in the area for the night. I placed an order for a set menu for 1 and oh my god, it was amazing. “The owner/Liverpool fan reminds me a lot of my uncle who is also in the takeaway business who is also a Liverpool fan. Always a laugh & a joke about the football. Goes above & beyond for his customers, he has brilliant staff & chefs who were working very fast as they were pretty busy at the time & were 2 staff down. Me & my two work colleagues visited from Rochdale. Brilliant food & free bottles of pop from the owner as we had to wait due to them being short on staff. Nice gestures go a long way in the food business.. keep up the good work lads!”

“Ordered and collected from Woondaal for the first time tonight and was not disappointed. Bought a Woondaal Special Kebab Box, Keema on chips and some onion bhajis. Donner meat was cooked in a lovely sweet sauce with stir fried peppers and onions, chicken and lamb tikka was pleasantly moist and flavoured well and naan benefitted from the meat juices. Overall a massive portion but great quality too! Keema mince was very spicy but awesome. Definitely our new go to place! 9/10”

“Excellent, The new owner has made a number of improvements to an old established business. The original Cinnamon Tree was a good old style Bengali take away offering traditional food. The new owners have kept the old recipes but added a modern flavor , excellent service, good communication , and genuine courtesy with a genuine smile to add ! . Cinnamon Tree Indian food and Burgers, Wraps and much more are located on Shaw Road Oldham just before the IMO car wash . There is ample parking next door and a delivery service if needed..”

“As a veteran of eating in Indian restaurants I have to say Dilshad is a great discovery. Elaborate menu with so many dishes I’ve never seen before (which is really unusual). I’m slowly working my way through them when I’m in Manchester and it feels being 18 again trying things for the first time! The food is excellent: amazing tasting, good sized portions and not overpriced. The staff are friendly and the restaurant looks and feels as you expect.”
