“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”

“You probably don’t remember me but I had my hair coloured red last Saturday (18th). Just want to say THANK YOOOOOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH. From the god dam bottom of my heart. Colouring my hair red was a big change for me and I needed it. When I first came in the shop I was really hesitant and was doubting the colour but when I saw the outcome in the end I was stunned (in a good way of course). I was obsessed with the colour and still am. My expectations was exceeded way above and beyond. Thank you once again. “After moving away from the area some years ago, I still travel to Swithins in Shaw to have my haircut and styled because I know I’m going to leave the shop feeling a million dollars. And today was no different! :) Ellie has done an amazing job, I’m so happy with the cut...and as always I really enjoyed my visit.
