"Been coming here since I was a kid but had to switch after a few bad experiences. The waiting area has sofas that are ridiculously old and unhygienic with coats and other items draped across them that belong to the staff so you can't really sit down even if you want too. They are extremely slow because they only have 2 people on at a time and they take their time with each customer. Could be considered a positive but not when you have a dozen people waiting well over an hour for a simple haircut. Finally they stay open during lunch so if you are waiting, and their food is ready, you have to sit and wait for them to finish. Very unprofessional. The few positives are the staff are generally welcoming and the haircuts are cheap."
