"Hair was nice but ruined by the terrible make-up. Poor quality products, dirty brushes, couldn't get lashes on (the only lashes were so big and OTT they touched my eyebrows) - spent 15 minutes poking me in the eye and then claimed it was because my eye was watering. Which it was. Because I'd been poked in the eye for 15 minutes... No primer, no colour match for foundation, baked on with so much powder. After 1.5hours and it still not being finished (had one lash on wonky by this point and the other one who knows where), I asked for facewipes, took it off and left. I've never seen such bad make-up. I didn't have the usual make-up person, more of a make shift setup with a little trolley where stuff kept falling on the floor."
