I've been here several times and the service has never failed to disappoint with friendly staff members and always a bubbly atmosphere. “I have left reviews before about this coffee house I absolutely enjoy going there it is fantastic atmosphere and the staff are really great but I think personally it needs one thing is for the outside area to be covered as my partner who is disabled does sometimes find it hard to find a seat inside but when it rains there is always space outside so ideally it needs to be covered so please can something be done to accommodate it we enjoy sitting outside drinking the best coffee in sale”

“I randomly came across About Thyme whilst on a bike ride. I had the full english sat in a lovely courtyard and it was delicious. I was served by Becca & Rachel who were so nice and friendly. I will definitely be calling again.”

“Good place to grab a coffee, latte, cappuccino or thier unique turkish coffee blend served in a copper pot they will never give you a reason to complain. The place is always busy (which is a good sign) and is always clean. It has a good seating area with tables outside also. The hot drinks are always amazing. Overall a good place to sit and relax for a while. Customer service is good too.”

“This coffee shop is a great spot for co-working although you have to get down earlier in the day to secure a spot as it gets quite busy! You can probably find a seat around lunch time as people vacate but be quick. The music can be a little experimental but in the co-working area it's a little quieter so not too bothersome, and there's quieter spots if you need to take meetings. There's plug sockets under most of the booth seats and little lamps on each table. It was ideal in the heatwave as the air conditioning was a glorious escape and is an OK temp in winter but wear a jumper. All the staff are super lovely and friendly and although the coffees are slightly expensive you don't feel pressured to keep ordering while you work so I think it's fair. The cakes are great but would love more options for my sweet tooth and i havent eaten from the main menu yet. I love the coffee but my fave drink so far has been the roasted marshmallow hot chocolate which is a real treat...”

“Been here a couple of times before and has been great. This last time we were disappointed with the soup. It was far too peppery. In fact had we not known it was leek and potato we would never have guessed. Hopefully this was a one off as we do love this place”

“Amazon place just by the tram stop. The do some mean waffles and the coffee is super refreshing on my way to work every morning. Staff is friendly and very understanding specially in the rush hour. They’ve got two screens as soon as you walk in if you’d like to order and pay instead of waiting in the queue till you get to the counter. Got some outdoor tables and seating for the sunny and warmer weather as well.”

“Gorgeous place to get a coffe in Manchester. The vibes inside this cafe are amazing and it is very relaxing. Music choice is really good and the sitting area is very cool as well. I am a coffee lover and I'm usually drinking double espresso and here is absolutely terrific, so flavoured and tasted,way above the multitude of cafes around the town center area . Pastries and sandwiches are very fresh and a full vegan selection is available. Last but not least, the staff. People that work here are so nice and gentle that is kinda go and have a coffee with your friend, especially if you meet Paula,Charley and the rest of the team!these guys are just amazing! Definitely a place to spend a very peaceful afternoon.”

“The best Costa Coffee so far-for bring you attention what the sets apart this branch from others is fact that-the staff there are extremely helpful have knack of 'reading between the lines'. What impresses me the most? There is lady who is name is Gina originally from Italy-her way of running this site is stunning-she's a little bossy but all in all her skills would impress many particularly younger ones who have no clue how to serve customers at least at the beginning their early career. Her voice is so definitive and well heard . There's no question if you have some time to spend with your friends etc,do not hesitate visit there believe me or not you wouldn't regret it. “This costa coffee is situated off a busy main road. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There’s also a drive through which is convenient. Visited 10:30 on a Monday and no que for either drive through or in store. Staff relatively friendly. Guy on the till could have been more welcoming but he processed the order quickly so no issues. Coffee and food ordered was nice”
