The wait was only short and the staff member did all she could to minimise our wait. The service in preparing the shoes was very professional and they did all that they could to keep it covid secure. We have used Hands for years and have always found the staff members professional and knowledgeable, there is no pressure sales it is all about making sure that the shoe is right for the child. Customer service is key and this is something that always differentiates Hands from other stores, the customer is key and they make sure there is a no rush service. For a local business they really know their customer base and know what the schools allpw and disallow. I can highly recomend Hands.”

“I have used 1919 Taxi's for many years, all for small journeys, recently i had a long journey to go on and hired a taxi with them for me and my teen daughter. the phone staff were polite and happy to answer my many questions, the price was brilliant, and we was in the taxi for 2 hours. The driver was helpful, polite and happy to talk, he even offered to stop at the services if we needed them.
