"Way better than the one on Barksdale in Bossier. Food was fresh. Even had a little char on the burger...which I like. You can tell someone there cares enough to change out the grease. Was very fast too!"
"Staff greeted us when we walked in. Wife and I ordered two ice coffees with a biscuit and hash brown. Both coffees tasted like water. Worst coffee I’ve had from McDonald’s ever. Hashbrown was luke warm. Also the restaurant had a bad smell."
"The people seemed friendly. However, the food was very poor quality. My burger was dry and unseasoned. To compensate for that, they overdid on the condiments. The fries were the only thing that were decent of the meal. I did walk in to place my order, and the smell was very unpleasant, which I hope they fix for the customers , but also for the employees there. It’s not a smell people should be working in nor eating it. My one star comes from the quality of the food. Both my bf’s and my burger were made terrible."
"12/17/23 Ordered my breakfast at 10:20am, received food at 10:30am, received my frappe at 10:53am. Workers standing around looking at the register, 3 people double checking the accuracy of food orders, but nobody making drinks. 2/20/22 stopped by for the first time in a long time. Ordered a crunchy double from the menu hack advertisement. The double came wrapped & the nuggets came in a separate small box, I had to assemble the sandwich myself. A sauce is suppose to come with it, wasn't in the bag. Only one good thing came from this visit, the Frappuccino machine worked this time. 8/21/21 service is still bad. Frappuccino machine is always down. Stop by at 2:30am 2/8/21, nobody was at the window or working the drive thru. Ignoring at least 2-3 customers."
"I walked in no one at the counter, I saw 3 other employees socializing among themselves, im still standing there. 2 other customer walks in we stand there for a while and then a young woman comes from outside to wait on us...i got the #1 combo, got to my car and discovered the big Mac had no heat, like the meat had been just sitting at room temperature, no freshness. Definitely want go back there"
