"The delivery driver has continued over several times regardless of delivery instructions and being told personally by me and my wife that our dogs are not going to hurt them. We have kids we can't have aggressive dogs. They bark and run around you in excitement but have never bitten anyone. Today a package was delivered. He was swinging a metal pole at our dogs and when my wife confronted him he told her "if they get near me in going to hit them again" detailing that he has done so in the past. This need to be rectified."

After 18 minutes of waiting I had to go for a breathing treatment for my emphysema."
"I had a package misdelivered and contacted the Delhi UPS. I was warmly greeted by Lyndsay Black when I called to check on my package. She realized I contacted the wrong location, but continued to help me. She went out of her way to locate my package. She then gave me the information I needed and proper number to contact my local UPS office. Amazing customer service from this young lady that is just hard to find these days."
