"I've had very poor service with this branch of Pizza Hut. Order not right several times. Raw pizza today after they dropped part of our order and we had to wait all the while our raw pizza was cooling off. All the said was they were very busy. Wow"
"I ordered a delivery on Friday October 27th. It was a small pizza with a couple extra items. My delivery was supposed to arrive around 8:30 and my text said it was delivered. Apparently someone was standing outside and the driver assumed the man had placed the order. I finally received my order after 10 pm and was told I didn't qualify for any discounts because it was a new driver and not his fault. I am disabled, I was extremely tired and didn't even receive an apology when I called wondering WHO my food was delivered to. I'm also wondering why I was billed for BOTH orders. We've ordered from them a few times which will not happen again."

"If I can give this place a zero I would. Worst manager, very rude. They messed up our order, I asked them to fix it and they wouldn’t. They wanted to charge me for a whole new meal. They said it was our fault we didn’t check what they gave us. Probably the worst service in my life lol."
