"Not open until 11 despite all the searches and their site saying 11. Service is slow, but not extremely so. Very friendly. Usually missing something."
"We waited an hour and 15 minutes for a called in order. Ordered at 7:41 arrived at 8:10 pushed the red button and let them know we were here. They answered and said it would be right out. At 9:10 we still haven't received our food we try to catch someone and let them know finally gave up we called them back it took forever for them to answer. We had 5 meals ordered. The food was hot but everything on the hamburger was disgusting they didn't put the fries in the bag had to call back and tell them they forgot that they brought that out and the tater tots was horrible. Maybe the manager said he'll remake the drinks and gave 4 complimary tickets for them royally messing up. He really should remade the food everything my husband's sugar was waiting on us to get back low sugar I had a 4 and 6 year old in the car going crazy. For something that should have taken 10 minutes they really really was horrendous at there service. If the manager would have remade everything that would have been better."

"Love our local sonic. Have i had issues before, yes, but management was able to quickly restore the customer service experience that seems to be missing in many people in the service related industries. Never big problems ,I have a big family which makes big orders so to be short a fry or wrong drink once in a blue moon I believe is outstanding!"
