"Good clean fried catfish and very friendly service! Tasty fried cornbread and beans given while you wait. Hope to make my way back."
"Food taste like a good home cooked meal. For an appetizer they bring you a bowl of pinto beans and some hot water cornbread. They are also on the menu. They used to be really good but lately they are a little more spicy than usual. We were told the lady who makes them had covid and has to add more spice before she can taste it. Chicken fried steak is really good. The hamburgers are good. The fried fish is fried just right. Our grandson loves their spaghetti. We have eaten here quite a few times and have never had a complaint. Prices are very reasonable. All our servers have been attentive but not annoying."
"Really like this place. The food is always good and the vibes from the time you step on the front porch until the time you walk back down them is to speak of. The prices considering how large the portions are are low. I would recommend that everyone give a a try."
"A friend took me here to celebrate my new job. He's a better friend than I knew! I had already decided what I would get because he had recommended the BLT. Now normally I wouldn't get a BLT at a restaurant but he spoke so highly of it I couldn't resist. All you have to do is look at the picture and if it doesn't make you hungry you probably just ate! Afriendly staff and a quirky little decor made this a great experience."
"Staff very nice but the Prime Rib Po-Boy was anything but prime. It was more bun than anything else. It needs more meat for the $11 pricetag. The onion rings were fabulous. Very well-balanced and seasoned. The atmosphere inside is very warm and welcoming. Love the tables and the hardwood floor."
