"We went to newks today. The service was slow and the food was luke warm. All the booths were dirty. I had to clear and wipe down own table. They also have done away with their military discount. So disappointing, this location used to be so much better. I hope they turn it around."
"We placed a delivery order for newks at 11:15 and the original time was for 12:08 then it was changed to 12:40. If I would have known that they could change the time to a later time, I would have never use their delivery service. I called the store and the first girl hung up the phone after I asked could they check on the order. The second girl said the food was just sitting there. The next time I called I asked could I just pick up the food myself since our lunch was at 12, the guy said he would hold off on the food. When I came to pick up my order the food went out to deliver a few minutes before I could tell them the name. All the manager could do was wave the delivery fee since the food was already out. They need to work on their communication and figure out how their delivery service works."
"Great chicken salad. Loved it. Your bread and butter pickles are delish. Service was a tad slow in serving, but not to long a wait. Love this restaurant."
"The worst part of my experience was the ordering of my food. The 2 people that were at the counter observed me standing there staring at the menu for at least 10 to 15 minit's, they didn't suggest,, & they didn't ask if I had any questions about the menu...nothing. They have a huge menu with so many varieties that it seems as though they would either tell you the specials or tell you more about ordering. I wanted a 1/2 salad and a soup she gave me a full salad that was enough to feed 16 people easy and a bowl of soup . The soup was over salty and the salad was overwhelming. When I made a complaint to management they took care of it immediately, so I greatly appreciated that ."
"Very good place for dining a great food. Many varieties for vegetarians and vegan as well. Newk's never disappointed is so far anywhere. Great menu, very friendly staff, nice spacious place. Perfect to have a dinner with family."
