"I came in the night before my father daughter dance. I had never bought a suit before and had no idea what I was doing. A wonderful woman named Sheryl offered me assistance and made me feel super comfortable. She helped me from start to finish picking a suit, helping me with the sizing and matching a shirt to it. They rushed my altercations to the sleeves and had me ready to go for my daughter's special day. I can't say enough good things about this place. Fantastic customer service and prices. Cheryl thank you again. It was like having my mom there to help me."

"This place has so many choices!!! Overwhelming walking in because you have no idea what to choose. I came in with an idea in my head but left with something completely different. Staff is great and super helpful, they definitely made sure we had everything we needed and that everything fit how it was supposed to after they altered it."

"The employees were very nice but the store gave me a headache..It was chaotic and unorganized..I went early but it looked like a thrift store..There were items to buy and I've been to better K&G..It felt like everything was crammed into the store..It lacked a big variety in business shirts for men. Shoes were limited in variety and style. I think the store may need a rest over haul..I did not feel comfortable buying from this location."

"What great customer service. My husband was confused about buying suit. The lady measure explained to him how it was supposed to fit and and very patient. Has a lot of options to choose from. Very clean and organized great store first time visit please don’t go to the one across the river off Manhattan they are not organized and don’t have anyone to help very nasty attitudes"

"DISGUSTING BATHROOMS…. How can can a major retailer be ok with bathrooms looking like this. This is a picture of men’s restroom, and the ladies was even more ATROCIOUS. I came to shop here and my daughter and son had to use the restroom. The toilet seat in the women’s bathroom was cracked in two places and they had the nerve to try to tape it back together.Toilet seats cost less than $10.00, owners and managers should be shame. The toilets and bathrooms looked as if it had never been cleaned before and they didn’t care. It did not even have a lock on the door for privacy. Restrooms at filthy gas stations are cleaner than these are. I did not want the bottom of my shoes to touch the floors. I had to leave to take them elsewhere to use the bathroom. These restrooms need serious cleaning first, but with all the money you guys rake in, please update and act like you care about those who spend money there."
