"I'm very surprised of the lack of customer service and friendliness from the staff at that store, as I'm a very good customer at other stores and online. Visiting New Orleans so I went to that store. A top I had seen on the website marked down 50%, was only marked down 25% in store. I asked the manager, she was very short and unfriendly (sorry for disturbing your personal conversation with a colleague) and told me this was normal, less expensive on the internet website... I thought this pricing strategy from the Loft Management was either completely stupid, or they hire really incompetent staff. Just to make sure, I asked another salesperson, after I'd seen the price was 50% off in the petite section for the same top. The second person did not know either... Both of them realized that it was actually 50% off and not 25%, not more expensive than on the website etc. Anyway, poor client service, no wonder stores are closing down one after the other. People don't realize that being impolite and incompetent with Clients can close a store down?! I am THE client who will never come back to that store, and will order on the internet next time."
"You closed today on a Sunday at 5pm when your site said 6 pm. Does your regional manager know this? I've seen 6 people walk up to your door in the last 5 minutes. You could have had sales. Maybe there is somewhere the shift manager needs to go on this Memorial holiday weekend. Ohooo, that's right you are doing well in this inflationary economy. Next time update your website so the store hours match."
"This place is a dream. Clothes for all sizes (petites to plus). The sales associates are so attentive and willing to help pair items and give their opinions, if needed. Business to casual to active to a night on the town, they have it all."
"Walked into this location Friday evening. Maybe 1 other customer. Sales associate(wearing red) leaning on a podium at the front of the store. She never greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Moved to the back to other associates in the store. One finally greeted me. None of the staff ever asked if they could help Even after I walked back by the associate (in red). Very bad experience...just treated me as if they THOUGHT I wasn't going to buy!"
