"I brought my 5 year old Silky Terrier to Pet Care Center today for the first time. She was having an allergic reaction to something and wasn’t eating or drinking and I was very concerned about her other symptoms and behavior since Saturday. Her regular vet couldn’t see her until tomorrow as a “drop in” appt and suggested that I bring her to Pet Care Center. I called there and was able to get an appointment within an hour. I was treated very kindly by the front desk staff, then the vet tech took us in a room immediately and she was very thorough and professional. We saw “Dr. C” Chartier who had already examined my dog and she was very patient in listening to a very concerned “dog mom” and explained what the options were for treatment of her condition. She also educated me on what she believed was going on and told me her plan of treatment. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care my dog received and also how efficient the Pet Care Center was operated. I did not believe that the charges for services and medication was out of line at all. I highly recommend taking your pet there based on my experience today. Also, we were seen immediately, my dog was examined and treated and were only there about 40 minutes."

"From initial call with an emergency to checking out after the visit, the staff and doctors at Pet Care Center couldn't have made me feel more at ease while attending to my pet. I was scared, unsure and nervous about my pets health and they were able to explain the situation in a way I was able to understand and gave me detailed direction to care for my sickie as he recovers. I can't thank them enough for being open late and taking on my cats emergency at the drop of a hat. I've attached a cute picture of the kitten as the traditional Cat Tax."

We received the prescribed meds and instructions. Sweetie was very comfortable with Christina holding her. I highly recommend them."

They were very empathetic to us and allowed us access to visit her as often as we wanted, the whole time she was in the hospital.
