As a salon rookie I did lots of research before booking and had read excellent reviews online and articles about The Chapel and felt like it would be the best salon for me. I really enjoyed the experience as everyone was really welcoming from Sarah who greeted me to Sasha who did my hair today. I felt really pampered and cared for with the excellent customer service and beverages to the consultation I had before my haircut. Sasha did a fantastic job and I will be returning in the future. This was my first appointment and Sarah took the time to find out about what I wanted my hair to be like, listened and gave good advice about what would work. I’d made the booking months ago, before the lockdown and Sarah had remembered everything we discussed on the call about my hair which I thought was very impressive. Overall they gave better customer service and a better cut and colour than what I’ve experienced from other salons in the area, and at a lower rate. I love my new hair and I will be back!”
