"Was expecting a parcel to be dispatched from here after an incredibly disappointing experience with the website where they failed to deliver my shoes on the next day service promised and it turned out they were out of stock at the warehouse. Everybody involved assured me the store would dispatch my order Thursday for a Friday delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery, but I've again been left disappointed and annoyed by the service received. Turns out, the shoes weren't posted until 11am on Friday! Totally unimpressed with the shambolic service and broken promises from both the website customer service and the store. Won't shop here again."
