"I have given up using this store. I have purchased two items in the last year and both have been pre sold and are damaged."

"Argos is not as it used to be. They returns policy is a lie. They don't take things back as they promise. Also they try their best not to inform you at the point of sale that what you buy is excluded from their policy. Be careful when you shop, or better look elsewhere-you'll save a lot of hassle and headache."

"The ladies in this store are most unhelpful. I tried to return a laptop that I purchased from Argos online and they told me that I couldn't prove that I bought it from Argos - despite showing them the receipt. After a half hour discussion with them I gave up. I have been shopping at Argos for over 20 years, but thanks to them I will never buy from them again. What horrible people!"

"If i could give this shop 0 star i would Maggie the shop manager and molly a shop assistant are both very rude and a couple of paid pigs. If you get an item of the value over 300 they turn into little police officer's when you have a recipet and returning an item that i got wrong. I also was told all the views are fake reviews about her Maggie this is. Take it from me what ever she or molly tells you is just to take your money so it looks good for them to have high value sales. This isnt the first time this has happend to me here. This place needs news staff i won't be going back"
