After following the advice in the email I realised I probably should size up, so they agreed to switch the order for me. A day or two later, the jacket arrived and yep, sizing up was the correct decision. Fantastic customer service.”

We get all of our staff uniforms from these guys and have done for the last 12 months, after using many different companies in the past who use poor quality items that don’t last, we was introduced to these guys who provide quality items and even better service. “My 'go to' clothing shop , I head out to Blue from London maybe once or twice a year. I have to admit I hate shopping but they make it SO easy here. Super suitable for my shape and I can't believe how flattering some of their clothes are - Donna suggested a couple of things to try on and KAPOW ! I wish I could impress upon you how 'worth it ' a visit would be. Just try it once and you will have some lovely well priced things to cheer up your wardrobe. I went last Saturday and I'm thrilled.”

“A nice new store. The Primark in Harrow hasn’t closed down, it has been relocated in the shopping centre (where BHS used to be). It is very spacious inside, however the queues do get very long.”

“Big range and Beautiful clothing for children but the kids section was so messy when I went , obviously people mainly kids take items and throw on the floor ! Lots of items were mixed up too . Women's section ,men and home section were very tidy and lots of bargains . Staff are very helpful and kind .The cashier told me to go to their website since Iam a member and helped me to get to the code in my account to get a discount .I ended up saving £11 so I am a happy customer!”

Self service booths on right hand side with device to detach security tags. Had to visit store after ordering online order, only to find one item had security tag which had not been removed, prior to delivering to me (photo included).”
