As well as this, she's such a lovely kind hearted girl and always makes me feel comfortable. She puts up with me messaging her every few weeks/months with new questions or queries I have with my hair and is always really helpful and patient with me. I always ask for Thea but all the staff in Roxby's are polite and make sure you're well looked after so even if you don't book in with Thea I'm sure you'll leave just as happy as I do.”
