"This was my second experience at this salon. Both get 0 stars from me. The first time I had my lashes done, and 80% of them fell out on the first week. I didn't make a fuss, no bad review, nothing... Went somewhere else to have it done again. I thought I'd give the salon another chance and I booked an appointment for a full head highlight cut and style 6 days in advance. Today is my only day off before Christmas, I worked around it so I'd be able to have my hair done. My soul needed this so much as I lost someone very important to me recently... Unfortunately, when I came to the salon I found out that they company is unorganised and they didn't put my booking from treatwell on their paper agenda. I booked a week in advance (6 days). They have received a notification about my booking, however they didn't bother to put it in their diary or call me to say that they were fully booked. Of course they are now fully booked and cannot do my hair. So what am I supposed to do? I've planned this treatment in advance; do you think there is a place where I can just turn up 4 days before Christmas and they'll have time for my 3hour long highlights? I don't think so... I understand that people make mistakes but if you cannot work with treatwell bookings AND normal bookings then don't. This is a business and you have to be on top of your bookings because you cause disappointed and chaos in the salon. I lost time and I'm not going to have the beautiful hair I wanted for Christmas because it's too late to look for someone else! If your whole team is having the flu, then close your bookings and slots on treatwell! I can see there are other people that had the same issue months ago, so it's not new... Having the flu is not an excuse, we all had it... You're a business, be professional. A "Sorry" and a refund doesn't cut it..."

"I had been to see Katie back in August for a spray tan and I was so happy with the results that I decided to book back in! Katie doesn’t work Tuesdays, however she came in especially for me on her day off and when the salon was closed due to my working hours, now that is what I call a 5* service! Thank you for being so accommodating and giving me another amazing spray tan! Highly recommend."

But now I have, had my hair highlighted twice here and also cut which was a lovely hair cut never had my hair cut nicer, I absolutely love the place and the people there, very welcoming and happy place."
