Ruth followed up to ask if I would consider the sample size, and Hayley sent me a description and photos to confirm my interest. I truly appreciated how both women followed up with care and concern, and offered a solution along with a discount. “Update: Best shoes I ever bought, my third pair now and the only one shoes I wear for the last two years everywhere around the world and at home. Love it! I went there many times before making the decision to buy one of their vegan shoes. Every time I was well looked after, mainly by Agnieszka and Camil. The shop is great to try the shoes however it would be nice I think to have a sort of different type or ground to see how the shoes feel on different ground, like in trek shops. I just bought the shoe yesterday so I will update on my experience another time. But I was happy with the service.”

I do like the shop layout, mirrors and furniture; they're lovely and stylish. The look and feel of the place is far from an ordinary shoe shop. I am amazed at the extreme comfort and fit of Hotter's shoes; never have I owned anything so comfortable (I own three pairs). Wide fit shoes are also available which is great if, like me, you struggle to find wide fitting comfortable shoes elsewhere.”
