"I absolutely loved my Harriet Wilde experience from start to finish. My mum came across their website and we both fell in love immediately! We set up a Zoom call initially to talk through what I liked and the options they had available. I am lucky enough to travel into London frequently for work so I booked an appointment to attend their showroom and I am so glad I did. We tried on a few pairs of my chosen shoe, had a walk round and got a feel for how they were - I am getting married abroad and luckily it was a hot summers day so it was great to see how they would feel on the day before purchasing. Next we set about choosing the embellishment, there are a few options to choose from, all beautiful and I settled on rose gold, it was great to be able to see the embellishment on the shoe, another reason I would recommend attending the showroom. Finally, I chose to personalise the sole of my shoe which another great range of fonts and colours, this really added a special touch. Before leaving, I was told in detail how to look after the shoes, the embellishment and how to wear them in for the big day - all superb advice. When they arrived, they were beautifully wrapped and packaged and were more beautiful than I could have imagined, a truly beautiful unique shoe and a wonderful experience from the team at Harriet Wilde, if you are considering purchasing for your wedding shoes - don't hesitate, you won't regret it!"
