Boux Avenue

TK Maxx

Next
“This review is for Next Beauty and Home store. After a right mix up with Next online my parcel was MIA, Next customer service was also a let down. BUT Rebecca the watford store manager and another member of staff I spoke with on the phone are the reason I will still continue to shop at Next. Customer service has alot to learn from these lovely ladies; they were a joy to speak to, very clued up and great at communicating. I am really wowed by their service and they way they went above and beyond to unite me with my order. Thanks both of you, look forward to collecting my items!”
H&M
“Nice book store with air con and spacing. Good choice of clothes combined with no ghastly music that I recall.”
Primark
“It's a huge Primark with a lot of variety. Everything is organized very well even if there is rush over weekend. Nice coffee shop in there. Overall a great experience.”
Smyths Toys Superstores
“Kids idea of heaven. Toys are piled high and low. It’s a wonderful sight. Staff friendly and happy to help you find what you need. Store is really tidy and neat. Lots of stock and shelves always full. Perfect place for getting toys and gifts. They have a huge of different ranges and the prices that suit all budgets. They have a car park that is free for a certain amount of time. It’s usually not very busy. This car park is separate from the Tesco one. Watford high street train station is just a few minutes walk away. Staff member called Jay was very helpful. He made sure I had what I wanted. He didn’t mind me asking him loads of questions and happily and helpfully answered them all.”
Barnardo's
“Lovely neat and tidy shop with a good range of donations for sale. Friendly staff on hand too. Covid procedures taken seriously. Fantastic window display”
