"Worst store experience. Never a great fan of Zara but their in store experience is worst. Employee at payment counter ignored us to dispose of hangars.. imagine hangars having more priority than customer. Employees are never aware of their clothes. They should learn from other stores such as super dry, Uniqlo etc"

"Looked like a jumble sale, ridiculous mess everywhere, I appreciate it was sales but made me just want to walk right back out, the que was huge, hardly any staff! I only wanted to look at perfume but all the boxes were torn, nothing was in the correct place so I had no idea of prices etc, hope its better out of sales!?"

"Always happy to have a butchers in Zara. Overall the shopping experiences good I mostly buy when sale are on though doing a bit of thrifty saving. If you get there first thing in the morning the shop looks fresh, playing and inviting"

My daughter and myself love Zara but the Watford store which is our closest really puts me off. No matter what time you go there is always a queue and I can only put that down to the staff being so slow."
