"Staffs are very rude!! I walked into the shop before 10 mins of the closing time but the shop was opened and as soon as I walked in one of the staff said “the shop will be closed inn10 mins” I asked her can I pick one too quickly and she agreed as long as I could do within 10 mins that would be fine, and the another staff came and told me the shop is already closed but then I showed the time and said 10 mins more and your colleague told me if I could pick something within 10 mins that would be fine, that rude lady she shouted at me for no reason and asked “oh are you going to pick something within 10 mins? You can’t pick anything within 10 mins that’s why I said the shop is closed so please leave without wasting their tome” that was very rude and I have never experienced this kind of a rudeness in Uk. I wanted to pick a top quickly because I am a regular customer of new look I never missed to purchase more than three to five times in a month from new look, after this incident I thought I would never visit newlook Watford store again. Please train your staff to be polite to your customer. Educate them that by law customers can purchase anything within the opening hours."
