● Closed153-155 High Street, Hampton Hill, Hampton TW12 1NL, United Kingdom“Brilliant service! We were looking for a specific bottle of Nebbiolo that we had in Florence last week and the few suppliers that had any in stock were suggesting 7 days for delivery at anywhere upwards of £5. Not only did these guys have the exact bottle we were looking for, but they delivered locally within in 2 hours of placing the order on the same day, for free! Will definitely be using them again. Thank you.”

The Wine Reserve
● Closed“What I really like about the Wine Reserve, other than the fantastic selection they have, is the knowledge, the interest and the passion the staff have for wine. Their recommendations have been great, and the service, the charm and the options on offer are all excellent. I’ve even ordered and had them send wine as gifts and for parties, and really the people there are so helpful. So much better than buying from a supermarket! Highly recommended.”

Majestic Wine
● Closed“Felt compelled to write a note after another as always fantastic experience at Majestic Chiswick. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store always looks immaculate and is always well stocked with interesting wines. But even more so the management here do a particularly good job and you can see their enthusiasm and attention to detail filter down to store and staff. I even drive further to Chiswick store than my local majestic as such a better experience. Looking forward to their tastings again when they open again”

Majestic Wine
● Closed“One of the best Majestic stores in central London with amazing variety and quality. The service is amazing. My only critic is that it will be nice if there is a little more variety in Whiskies. However, after the recent refurbishment is one of my favourite wine shops in London where you can find from the best-of-the-best to budget wines (great selection of gin and beers, poor one of whiskies). The team is quite knowledgeable.”

Davy's Wine Merchants
● Closed“Sam is an absolute legend and knows his stuff. Went in here a week and a half ago needing to buy 6 or so bottles of wine to host a wine club with friends. I gave Sam the brief of what kind of experience I was looking to drive with my mates and he delivered! I was hosting a blind tasting with an elimination format and I wanted 3 bottles of Riesling and 3 bottles of Pinot Noir. It was important for me to have each bottle come from different countries, with characteristics that may trip people up, and at a classic high, medium, low price point. Sam took me around his shop, he explained what made each bottle unique, and how it would compare to the others. I walked away feeling really confident I had a good selection and a couple of nights later, so did my friends - bravo Sam, bravo. Thank you for helping me host my first wine club.”

28-50 Wine Workshop & Kitchen
● Closed“Lovely birthday dinner. This is the third time I've been here and it never disappoints. Service was as always excellent. Our waitress was kind and attentive. She even sang me Happy Birthday. The table next to us sang along and that made the atmosphere even more special. I was truly touched. Thanks to the staff and everyone that made the occasion special. Food was excellent too. Here you always start off with bread and butter on the house, which I think really should be more commonplace at restaurants. I had ratatouille as my main, a traditional French dish which was delicious and nutritious, with a great variety of vegetables. The sweets too were good. The chocolate delice in particular was soft and rather chocolatey without being too sweet. The berry salad was a healthy and naturally delicious dessert for the summer. This place has marked special occasions of mine with such solid service, fantastic food and elegant décor. Well worth recommending.”

Wine Rack
● Closed“Excellent selection of beer, cider, wine and spirits. The prices vary, sometimes much better than large supermarkets but sometimes a fair bit more. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, offering free tasting samples of whatever is currently the preferred option (normally gin and a wine). This store also has a better selection than supermarkets, offering some more hard-to-find options.”

Wine Rack
● Closed“on reading other reviews I cannot understand why people are moaning about staff. Have the people who are moaning ever served in retail at what is a very stressful time for everyone? The staff are always very friendly and helpful. customers should be pleased that the staff in this shop have remained working hard to serve the public and to keep the store open. My experience as a customer has always been excellent. Staff remember me when I enter the shop which makes me feel special and not just `another customer`. Well done everyone and keep safe.”
