"Absolutely brilliant service. We ordered drinks for a wedding and were very well looked after throughout the entire process. Every email was replied to in a timely manner. The pre-arranged credit on drinks not consumed was swiftly and happily arranged without question. The convenient parking at the rear of the premises made it really easy to arrange this. I’ve also used Majestic in the past for large parties. I recommend them for all events."

"Good selection, well laid out. Front doors locked, have to walk around back to car park doors to get in. No greeting. No help offered. Then not even a greeting as I placed wine on counter to pay. Three members of staff in conversation with one another. Didn’t even look up as one started to scan items, and of course I let out an over enthusiastic ‘hello’ at this point due to my utter bewilderment at the shoddy, cold service. May as well put self checkouts in. Stick to Battersea branch. Always on point, offering tasters, helpful and friendly advice too."
"We walked in for a little browse and left as very tipsy members of Majestic Wine with a full box of bottles. The staff are extremely friendly, we were able to sample many wines (and beers) and they found us a great selection that suited our taste, plus money off and tasting notes for each bottle. They have a full calendar of tasting sessions and we'll certainly be back soon!"
