“I was staying with friends and needed some food etc for my little Yorkie . She is really fussy and I thought I’d visit this shop as we have one near to us in Dorset . I don’t very often leave reviews but absolutely had to . The staff were so welcoming , friendly and knowledgable. The lady that served me was called Mollie , she was so lovely and ensured I had everything I needed . The other lady there was called Charlotte I think , she was also very helpful . As a food retail manager myself , I know how difficult it is to employ great staff that have a love for what they do that shines through with great service . Well done to you .”

“My rescue dog Moomin has been registered with the greenford branch for the last 6 years. Generally the service we have received has been good, but last couple of weeks when poor Moomin was in crisis, the input from the regular vet Phoebe and regular nurse Lisa was ok of high standard and extremely reassuring for me. It made a difference dealing with staff that know me and Moomin well. Their support and input led to Moomin recovering from the crisis and is doing really well”

We moved to Europe and the whole Brexit deal/no deal situation made the paperwork complicated but the team stayed on top of it, following the news and updating us”

“We got our beautiful Minnie around the beginning of lockdown but soon needed to have her looked after some days when we were both out at work. We were recommended to Donna and I called her. Minnie started there that week and has been going 2 to 3 days a week since. The place itself is amazing with so much room to run around safely and of course to shelter whilst still mixing with other dogs. It is important to know that the dogs are not locked in kennels or cages but allowed to roam around mixing together or sometimes (Minnie) sitting alone on the trampoline or sofa trying to look aloof! What is obvious to us is that Donna and family love the dogs and very much care for their welfare. We recently left Minnie there for 2 weeks while we went away and were wholly comfortable that she was being loved and cared for. We very much need to have her looked after during the week as do many other people including front line workers. I cannot imagine a place that is more secure, safe and loving as this to look after our little family members. We would be distraught if they were forced (totally unnecessarily) to close down and cannot fathom why this would be deemed necessary or justified. I for one would be prepared to do anything in my power to support Donna and family in their case and endeavours to keep All Seasons open and I urge others to commit to the cause for your dogs sake and theirs!”

“My spaniel has been going to Barkers every 8 weeks since 12 weeks old, she is now 3.5 years. She is now accompanied by her half brother who is 1 yr old and had been going to Barkers since 14 weeks old. I cannot praise Barkers highly enough. The team are so friendly and knowledgable. They do exactly what you want and thoroughly care for your dog during the visit. The trimming is consistently high standard and my two dogs always look (smell & feel)superb after their pamper sessions. I have seen them handle a very nervous dog with such care and patience.
