“Fabulous shop. Raw food specialist. Advice given freely. Incredibly welcoming to dogs that go into the shop. The groomers are great with the dogs and were very patient with my dog on his first ever visit to a groomer. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Awesome range of accessories and toys too.”

“We have used Medivet for a number of years and our last Cat was very well cared for a number of years until he became ill, and they were so very kind when we had to make the decision to say goodbye to him 18 months ago. We have now got a family of young cats, a mother of just over a year and 2 lovely kittens of 4 months. On our first visit to get the little ones vaccinated we experienced the same care and attention and continue to see Medivet our ‘first choice’ when looking for the best care for our pets”

“The vets are all very kind and really loving towards my cats. When I hav had to leave the cats in for treatment they are always really well cared for. The service is very personal and they really take time with each animal. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. I feel my cats are in very safe hands. The monthly payment scheme is great to spread the costs of the vaccinations, health checks and flea and worming treatments. When I had to use the emergency Beckenham vet they were also absolutely amazing and so patient despite it being the early hours of the morning and really went to a lot of trouble to find that my cat had a long blade of grass stuck at the back of his throat going down into his windpipe causing him to constantly wretch. The vet quickly removed it under sedation and he was fine straight after. They also help with all insurance claims quickly and easily. Highly recommended.”

“Great vets, staff super friendly especially with my cocker spaniel, he is not nervous in there. The vet explains everything to me in a simple way, have been to previous vets and they were too medical. I am not stupid but have no medical training! I have been going here for years as was recommended to go there by a friend.”

“Outstanding service from Charlotte and her team who treated our beloved cat with professionalism and empathy and saved her life at the weekend. This was in comparison with Pets at Home who are incompetent and uncaring and just in it for the money . Pets at Home wanted a vast amount of money to treat my cat failing that they suggested I put her to sleep as in their own words she was really poorly and needed all sorts of treatment and needed immediate admission for 48 hours. I obtained a second opinion from the Hill Park Team who were outstanding. They treated my cat on the spot who is now up and about , I truly can not express my gratitude for what they did for our pet. 10/10 for the service, if you looking for a highly caring professional and experienced veterinary service I recommend them. I even got a follow up call from one of the vets today asking on how my cat was. Stay away from Pets at Home.”

“I had an emergency as my booked daycare cancelled on us and I had to attend a funeral. The Bark Club stepped in and saved us at the shortest notice. They took excellent care of our baby and she returned home happy and exhausted so I know she had lots of fun. I’ll be taking her back soon to pop to Westfield for the day and do some Christmas shopping. Great service and excellent prices they had our aggy Cassie (this puppy is like a tornado) all day for £25 which includes a nice long walk. In conclusion we’re very happy customers. Thank you ladies :)”

“We have been going to bow wow since they first opened. The staffs are absolutely amazing, fabulous job anytime on my little Brussels Griffon ! My dog was not a fan of grooming before , but based on his reaction when he sees Bow wow’s members , I know he was treated nicely !!”

“Amazing, authentic Chinese food bursting with flavours and freshness. Probably the best Chinese resto I’ve ever tried in the UK. So underrated. Restaurants in Chinatown can’t compare. The meal I had with my husband was so comforting. The sweet corn soup was perfect and not diluted like most soups from Chinese takeaways. The salt and pepper squid was perfectly battered and packed with a symphony of spices. The Szechuan chicken was the main event. The combo of onions, peppercorns and dried chillies on top was show-stopping. The steamed rice was great, and everything went well with Tsingtao beer and oolong tea. Service was good as well. The waitresses were so attentive and polite. We will definitely be back, and we’ll bring our friends with us!”

Cosy comfortable seating, friendly helpful staff, and a good selection of snacks and drinks too- even some nice whiskies, which you get to drink from a glass tumbler!! There’s a bar to chill& chat with friends before or after the movie. Membership is very reasonable- and you get free tickets so feels like a win win. We especially love it because this feels like a grown up cinema club!”
