“I have been blown away by the fantastic service during my time at Citizen M. Ali G, Victor, Natalie, and Troy to name a few have amazed we with their world class service. Every member of staff has been nothing short of perfect regarding service, kindness, attitude, and professionalism. The room itself is stylish and couldn’t be cleaner. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough. Will certainly be staying here in all my future London stays.”

“Once arriving in London, we took the underground to our hotel located near the heart of London. The hub by Premier Inn was by far the cheapest “decent” hotel in London (without resorting to a hostel). Upon arrival, we were notified that we were too early to check in. They also mentioned that they were replacing the beds in all rooms and it might take a bit longer than normal. We left our bags with the main desk and continued on with our day. Once we came back, we checked in and opened the door to a quaint and modern hotel room. Everything was very clean and tidy. It’s worth to note that the amount of storage here was incredible. They utilize the space well and doesn’t make anyone feel they are in tight quarters. The water pressure was spectacular and the water was always warm/hot. The front desk helped us make travel arrangements after checking out of the hotel and were pretty friendly. Overall, this would be where I stay if I need an inexplicable hotel option in London.”

“Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.”

“What a great hotel! There was a small issue at check in with our room not being ready, but staff were fantastic and upgraded us for free for the inconvenience. If you get chance to use the executive lounge between 6&8pm then do. Buffet food and drinks available the entire time, and a nice atmosphere. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is ideally placed just a short walk from Angel tube station.”

“Excellent location to explore the city on foot. Chip shops, craft ales, tube and tram stations are minutes away, as are a few sweet parks. I'll take a moment to acknowledge Mr. Catalin, one of the staff members that made our stay so much better - helpful, swift and efficient, also providing advice on walking vs tube and nearby attractions. Great man. Breakfast is very basic, but could be made better by just one fresh vegetable option.”

“Room was decorated so lovely and it felt very homely and comfy. Everywhere was spotless and clean. Checking in and out were quick which i like about hotels! Quiet area, nice view from window. Overall, amazing! I’ve already recommended to friends and family and i will definitely be coming back to stay here when i visit London again.”

“Arief stood out during my stay. He had the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. There were several staff/volunteers that cleaned my room. However, I knew that when Arief cleaned the room, it would be done to the highest standard. Additionally, I would like to commend the reception staff. They are always happy to help.”

“If you want a cheap bed in a clean room in London, you can't go wrong. Nice little pub with friendly staff. 5 min walk from Victoria train/coach station. Great value and will definitely stay again”

“We stayed for 5 nights here, and I have to say that the very helpful, always happy and really kind staff made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are rather small, and there's no elevator, but all is clean and looked after. Breakfast is included in the price, which is great. The location is just fabulous, easy to get there and very safe. Would highly recommend it.”

“Perfect experience for a low budget accommodation in London. The individual room offered everything I needed for my stay, with a nice bed and a private bathroom. Had a good interaction with everyone, the system to lock the room and access the building was great. It is a great place to stay, the location is amazing, allows for easy and quick transportation anywhere. I strongly recommend”
