Having just started Pilates, I find Neil and Charlene provide great support and guidance with bags of patience for newbies like me. From beginners' taster sessions to intermediate, mix-ability and advanced, there's classes for all levels as well as 1-1s. Good class plans and opportunities to class swap so you don't miss out!”

Ms Sarah offers a lot of help always and especially when it comes to getting ready for each exam at each stage. I am now working towards my Grade 5 exam. Sam not only treats the injury, he gets right to the cause of it and then gives you the tools to manage and correct it going forward. I had immediate improvements after my first treatment which enabled me to get back to training. A few suggested tweaks from Sam and anther appointment and I'm back to 100%. Can't recommend the clinic highly enough. There is no up selling or push for further unnecessary appointments, like I've experienced previously with some other clinics. The staff were very helpful in giving information and advice on how to look after the animals, including advice on tanks / enclosures, feeding etc They seem reasonably priced and are definitely worth a visit. (You can also pop to the Aquatics shop next to it, where the staff member is very welcoming and knowledgeable.)”

“I often visit during the weekend when supporting young adults with autism the team are kind and supportive and very accommodating to what ever random food requests are made. The warm family welcome has made our young adults comfortable to order independently and to sit and eat. The food options are varied and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend for SEN families to visit for a meal and wander around the garden centre.”
