"Went to Shane Francis yesterday for a long overdue cut and low-lights (1st time) after lots of pondering and stalling. I was extremely nervous, so I called in a few days back and had a free consultation about the colour and cut with Dannielle, who was not only understanding but also extremely helpful. I needed time to sleep on it as the colour and cut was quiet drastic, they were happy for me to walk out without any commitment or fee for the 30 mins or so they spent with me for consultation. I called a couple of days after to book an appointment (which was yesterday), again there was no compulsion on holding deposit thought I was happy to pay. Dannielle was waiting for me and had already worked on my hair sample to give me an idea of the colour. She then proceeded to go over everything with me and did a lot of hand holding when she had to chop of most of my hair (as per my instructions). She even offered to do my bangs another day as the whole thing was drastically different and new to me to soften the impact. They were kind enough to offer refreshments throughout the 2 hrs appointment though they never took a break. Dannielle styled my hair beautifully and even after 24 hours I'm still getting compliments on my hair and style. I have received so many compliments from friends across multiple social media platforms! People whom I haven't spoken in months (coz life happened) got in touch to compliment on my hair and colour. I would definitely recommend Shane Francis and would go there again in a heart beat. P.S: Only downside- they don't take cards, so go prepared."
