“Fourth time I have used at Miles Pharmacy for a Fit to Fly PCR. I am impressed by the service and would continue to use Miles Pharmacy. There was an occasion when there was an issue with the PCR test, the Pharmacist took charge and resolved it, within 10 minutes a correct certificate was issued. This is exactly the sort of service one wants from a local Pharmacist, thank you Miles Pharmacy.”

“I genuinely cannot recommend this vet & the nurses anymore. I don’t think words will be enough. I foster rabbits for rescues and they are ALWAYS so kind, caring, helpful and patient. I don’t ever leave their thinking it’s about money or unhappy with anything they have said or done. They are always doing whatever they can to help and advise especially when Iv had some really complex rabbits with complex needs. My own two rabbits were with a different vets but since the care the fosters have got Iv moved my 4 over to them. Thank you for everything you do.”

“Super friendly staff, great experience - Thanks very much. We attended for our pre-booked slot today and was amazed how organised everything was! Staff were amazing and very friendly. They knew what sizes we’d need just by looking at my daughter, although we were also able to try on a blazer (which was steam cleaned after). I was worried 15 minutes wouldn’t be long enough and we would feel rushed, but we felt welcomed and looked after and all done with time to spare. Fantastic service and stress free ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“I used fix auto chessington after a crash left one side of my car quite significantly damaged. I am so grateful to the team for taking the case on, for getting it back to me before Christmas, and for doing such a great job- the car looks like the crash never happened. The communication was great throughout, Jan was friendly, responded very quickly to queries and provided realistic timeframes for the repairs. A great team who seem like they genuinely just want to help people - would definitely recommend!”

“Excellent 2 night stay at Azteca Hotel & 1 day in Chessington! Had a standard Monkey Temple room looking over Amazu. Checked in online & staff were very welcoming to help issue keys on arrival, via key collection screen. Room was lovely & clean, great theaming. Window which opened a little, easy to use air conditioning which was essential when it was 28degs outside. Quiet and temp to 19degs which felt quite cold. Kettle, tea & coffee. Staff are more than happy to provide extra milk if you run out. Fridge under the desk was really handy. Not sure all rooms have this & was a nice surprise. TV had most usual freeview channels & TV in kids bedroom area too. Kids bunks also had a third pull out bed. WiFi was very good compared to other places we’ve stayed at. We ate at the Safari restaurant, lovely with views into the Wanyama area – spot the zebras, ostriches or giraffes! You can also walk around the area & there’s a small kids playground. Ensure you book the restaurant online in peak season. Buffet breakfast was a hot selection (eggs, sausages, beans) , cereals, pain choc, fruit & toast with a selection of jams. Staff were on hand and very helpful. Dinner was fine, it was mainly tea for the kids, bit slow to be served, but food was nice. Hotel guests have access to Chessington park queuing from 8.45am via Azteca gate just by the Temple restaurant. Staff let you in from 9am with ticket and bag checks. A selection of rides are open for guests between 9-10am. We preorderd a photo digipass and found it great for a whole day of ride pics. Activate it at the first photo booth you use, where they’ll issue you a QR for the rest of the day. Azteca Gate closes at 10am, so return to the hotel is via Lodge Entrance. In the evening Amazu play area is open at 6pm until 7 or 8pm. The park will always be very busy over the Summer, the staff were doing their very best to keep things moving and up and running asap if there were any technical problems. Download the app to view ride times and plan what rides are most important. Dragon Fury and Vampire were queuing before 10am. Have fun!”

“Really great themed hotel. Thought they hit the safari stay theme very well. We had a room with a view and saw animals as morning went on. The breakfast was good and the only part that was a shame was checking out at 10am as the animals were just coming to life after we had breakfast.”

“Stayed here from Monday and Tuesday, staying over the Monday night at the Safari Hotel. We really enjoyed the park, youngest was 1.1m oldest 1.2m so a few rides we had to separate for a few. Easier 1:1 child to adult ratio for under 7s I'd say. Hotel room was perfect and it was amazing staying next to the safari park. Buffet dinner and breakfast at the Azeteca Hotel was mayhem but really good quality. Perfect for the kids. Loved the 9am entry to the park although I'd flag not that many rides were open. Overall a great 2 days with a 4 and 6 year old.”

“Puddl ducks provide some of the best swimming lessons available for 0-5 years old. The lessons at Chessington are in the safari hotel pool. Lessons take place in an exclusive area of the pool and the depth is 1.2m throughout meaning there is plenty of space for the kids to move about whilst still being a comfortable experience even for non swimming parents. Recommended.”

“I required a car/taxi to take me to Sandown Park. A short distance, but needed to get there quickly to meet friends. Gary arrived about 5 minutes later and we had a good chat. Very friendly and what excellent service. Maybe lucky he was available, but isn't that the same for all travel?? Would certainly recommend and use again.”
